Dr. Windsor is an internationally known expert in pain and headache conditions in young people. He is a Pediatrician and Pain Specialist trained at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is Board-Certified in Pediatrics, Headache Medicine, and Medical Acupuncture. He has held faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, the University of Washington School of Medicine, and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, where he is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics and adjunct faculty in Anesthesiology and Psychiatry. He founded the Brain Body Health Alliance in 2024.
He is well-published with peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has given national invitational lectures at Harvard/Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, John Hopkins, Primary Children’s Hospital, and others. He has presented novel treatments internationally for young people in pain and is a thought leader in his field. He has additional expertise in treating pain and other symptoms in people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Neurodivergance, or co-occurring mental health difficulties. He is on the Board of Directors for the Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine and the Medical Advisory Board and Executive Board for the national not-for-profit Creative Healing for Youth in Pain.
He settled in Greenville in 2018 and loves it. He is married with two children and is active in the community.
